Back in 2012, I was on the verge of a meltdown. I had just gone through a divorce, was struggling with my faith, and was trying to figure out how create a life I loved.

Through LOTS of trial and error, some serious counseling, and a few amazing mentors, I took concrete action to move me in the direction of my dreams.

A life that is all about living in alignment with my purpose and unique skills. A life focused on helping others live intentional lives so they can have a bigger impact in this world.

I started my Each Day with Purpose community to help women just like you take their lives to the next level.

I believe that sometimes it takes a little help and tough love to find the answers you need to grow. With every event I host, blog post I write, and podcast I publish, my goal is to help you step into a life that feels fulfilling and exciting.
